Data Management & Customer Service Associate

Paula joined LeadingAge Minnesota in October, 2014. She is primarily responsible for maintaining the membership database which includes updating members' staff information such as roster changes, changes in administrator or other primary contacts, emails, phone numbers, company names. She also creates and resets usernames and passwords for the website, and provides reports for the team. Paula brings a depth of experience in database management, project management and customer service.

Prior to coming to LeadingAge Minnesota, Paula worked in the software industry and in several hospitals and clinics as a medical administrative assistant.
