One LeadingAge Minnesota Workforce Solutions Grantee, Mother of Mercy in Albany, focused their Workforce Solutions Grant on a digital media campaign.

Through research, this team found that 82% of younger job seekers visit review sites while researching an employer’s brand. As a result, the organization posted positive video reviews and other fun videos recorded by staff. Mother of Mercy also created a mobile-friendly application and invested in paid advertisements on Facebook.
