- Do your team members refer your organization to their friends and family?
- Is your organization featured in local communications like newspapers, news broadcasts or communication boards?
It is important to know what others think so that you can continue to strengthen - or change - that message. Consider investing in a community poll, survey or focus group to learn what messages are being shared in the community and develop an action plan based on what you learn.
