Host All Staff Meetings

An all staff meeting is a great opportunity to communicate and listen, allowing everyone to hear the same information at the same time.

It is also an opportunity to let staff share with one another what they are working on in their respective departments. Hearing what colleagues are working on brings staff together around one purpose - all staff are working toward a common goal of serving your community. Find out more in our Communication Toolkit.

Note: If your organization is open 24 hours, plan to host a series of staff meetings – at least one per shift. It cannot be assumed that a staff member who works an overnight shift will attend a meeting at 2 p.m. This is an opportunity for leaders to show support for overnight staff by hosting a meeting at 2 a.m. Don’t forget to bring the treats!
