LeadingAge Minnesota Presents the New Quest Report
Posted on May 2, 2024 by Kari Everson
LeadingAge Minnesota is proud to introduce the inaugural QUEST Report, a quarterly analytic resource for association members focused on key trends in the senior care sector.
This report offers essential data that reflects the diverse needs and characteristics of Minnesota’s older adults and the services designed to support them. The information is intended as a general guide that may aid decision-making, policy development, and resource allocation.
As an association committed to elevating the quality of long-term care and services, promoting transparency within the sector, and enhancing accessibility to information, our goal is to help members measure what matters to make data-informed decisions for your organization and the people you serve.
The QUEST Report includes foundational information critical for organizational health:
- Financial data provides insight into fiscal health, offering a picture of economic stability and sustainability.
- Workforce metrics illustrate the state of our human capital, gauging employee engagement and performance.
- Survey and compliance findings provide a picture of adherence to industry standards, ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
- Quality data, a cornerstone of our commitment, outlines our achievements and areas for improvement in delivering outstanding services.
