How I help LeadingAge Minnesota members

As Chief Transformation & Health Technology Officer, I work with members to navigate change, embrace innovation, and identify opportunities to strengthen their organizations. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience in healthcare technology and aging services, I focus on helping providers leverage technology, data, and strategic partnerships to address challenges, improve operations, and better serve older adults. Equally important, my role is to look beyond today’s challenges, anticipate where the industry is headed, and work with members and industry partners to develop innovative solutions, new services, and business opportunities that create lasting value for both our members and the association.

What I enjoy about LeadingAge Minnesota

I began my career in senior care here in Minnesota, so it’s especially meaningful to now work alongside many of the industry’s most respected leaders, both within our member organizations and at LeadingAge Minnesota. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with providers, technology companies, and industry innovators who have helped shape senior care. What excites me most about LeadingAge Minnesota is the opportunity to bring those perspectives together, challenge conventional thinking, and collaborate with leaders who aren’t simply responding to change but are helping define what’s next. I believe our association has a unique opportunity to lead the way, pioneer new approaches, and create a path that others across the industry can follow.

More about me

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. Many of my closest friendships have developed through my years in the senior care industry, and we often spend time together traveling, fishing, sharing stories, and laughing.
