I answer member questions about payment in care centers and waiver programs. I also run our data collection efforts, including information about the current environment in aging services.

During the legislative session, I’m involved in policy development and provide data to our advocacy team to help legislators better understand their responsibility to support aging services.

As an enduring Bears and Cubs fan, I patiently wait for them to be great again. I am known for collecting baseball hats, old furniture, and an assortment of miniature statues such as Paul Bunyan’s shoes.
