Aging Well is a Team Sport
A better experience of aging takes all of us. The LeadingAge Minnesota Foundation brings philanthropic partners, aging-services providers, and community organizations together to help older adults live healthy, connected, and purposeful lives.
We work with partners to strengthen the workforce, improve care and services, test new ideas, and help effective approaches take root. Whether you have a specific project in mind or want to explore shared priorities, we’d welcome a conversation.

The LeadingAge Minnesota Foundation supports Connected Communities pilots that bring local organizations together to connect older adults with the care, resources and relationships they need to thrive. AscendRural is funding technology projects within several of those same communities, building on the relationships and community knowledge already in place.
