2023 DHS PIPP Proposal Resources Available
The 2023 Minnesota Department of Human Services Nursing Facility Performance-Based Incentive Payment Program (PIPP) Request for Proposals (RFP) information is now available.
Posted materials include:
- The RFP
- Instructions for writing a PIPP proposal
- PIPP fillable proposal form
- PIPP calculation form.
The deadline for your PIPP RFP submissions is midnight on May 1. Your submission should be sent to DHS.NFRP.CostReport@state.mn.us.
Proposals will be reviewed and selected in May, and contracts will be negotiated from June through Nov. Incentive payments will begin Jan. 1, 2024. Note that a facility may not submit multiple proposals or participate in submissions of multiple collaborative proposals that total more than the maximum 5% rate increase. In addition, facilities with existing contracts for the maximum 5% rate increase for the rate year beginning Jan. 1, 2024, are not eligible to apply.
