2023 Institute & Expo – Don’t Miss the Expo, Solutions Stage, Meetup Groups, and Events

Here are some Institute features you won't want to miss.
- Visit over 180 exhibitors on Wednesday, Feb. 8, from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. and Thursday, Feb. 9, from 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. during the Institute. There are no exhibit hours on Friday or during the Virtual Institute.
- NEW! Solutions Stage 20-minute presentations for quick solutions to common challenges. Stop by the Solutions Stage in the Rotunda during exhibit hours for these short learning opportunities.
- Join us for the seventh Annual LeadingAge Minnesota Foundation Silent Auction to support our dedicated caregivers. Stop by the Rotunda to make your best bid and learn about new Foundation initiatives.
- Meetup Groups for focused networking by profession are happening on Feb. 8 and 9 during concurrent sessions. Meet new colleagues, share ideas and resources, and discover valuable tips.
- Opening Night Celebration. Enjoy music and dancing with the Bluewater Kings Band at the InterContinental Hotel on Wednesday, Feb. 8, from 8 – 11:30 p.m.
- Purchase tickets for the optional Thursday night Wild Game through Ticketmaster.
Your organization/service site pays a flat registration fee that includes attendance for all staff at that site for all six days of education (in-person Feb. 8-10 and virtual Feb. 28-March 2). Mix and match – anybody can attend a single session, attend every day, or anything in between. The virtual sessions and keynote presentations are recorded and available on-demand through April 30.
