2024 Nurse Leadership Program – Register Today

New and emerging nurse leaders in skilled nursing care centers, assisted living, or home care settings will gain a solid understanding of the foundational elements that make up the nurse leader’s role by attending LeadingAge Minnesota’s Nurse Leadership Program.

This five-month program begins March 27 and alternates between in-person sessions at the Minnesota Humanities Center in St. Paul and virtual sessions. Professionals who attend will enhance their skills in key topic areas:

• Professional role and standards of the executive nurse leader
• Efficient and effective resource management strategies
• Regulatory compliance
• Financial management
• Professional assessment and documentation
