In collaboration with several other statewide organizations, the Age–Friendly Minnesota Council invites you to their 2023 Trends + Innovations Conference and a Regional Exchange session.

Virtual Conference

On Sept. 27-28 from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., virtual keynote presentations will offer a look into the future trends impacting aging well in Minnesota, explore the missing middle of senior housing, and a national look at how communities can advance economic development opportunities regardless of size. Choose from sessions covering topics ranging from addressing social isolation, emergency preparedness, culturally responsive outreach, family caregiving, and more. Attend one session or two full days; the registration is free and flexible.

Regional Exchanges

On Sept. 29, from 8:30 a.m. – noon, regional hosts will convene in-person community conversations in Alexandria, Chisholm, East Grand Forks, Marshall, Oronoco, Sartell, and two sessions in St. Paul. Some sessions include a complimentary networking lunch to follow. These sessions include facilitated conversations to help inform local planning efforts and shape a ten-year multi-sector blueprint on aging for the state.

All sessions are free, but registration is required. For more information or to sign-up now, visit https://www.agefriendlymn.org/conference
