November 10, 2022
By Bobbie Guidry

The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) continues evaluating customized living services provided in housing settings exempt from assisted living licensure. The Improve Group, the organization contracted to conduct the next phase of the study, would like to gather feedback from stakeholders. Your input will help them learn more about the services and living arrangements in these settings.

Affected settings are encouraged to participate in the first stakeholder feedback session on Nov. 18 from 1 – 2:30 p.m. At this session, your input will be sought on the evaluation questions and the information sought from providers and participants.

Registration Information

The virtual meeting will be on Nov. 18 from 1 – 2:30 p.m. Please register in advance. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

If you cannot attend but would like to provide input, the contractor will send out an opportunity after the session.
