Be a Safe Care Hero: Get Vaccinated
Safe Care Vaccine Campaign Underway
The COVID-19 vaccine is coming, but we know that it will not be effective if people don’t get vaccinated. Over the coming weeks we will be promoting the importance of getting vaccinated through the Safe Care for Seniors Living the Pledge Campaign.
Each day we are highlighting Safe Care Heroes who will be getting the vaccine when it becomes available. They will share in their own words their reasons why they feel it is important to be vaccinated. Watch for their stories in the daily member message and on social media and share their stories with others.
If you want to get involved in the Safe Care Vaccine Campaign, simply:
- Print the I am Getting the Vaccine Because template
- Ask Staff to complete the template with their own reasons for getting vaccinated – Completed Template Example
- Take a picture
- Use the pictures in multiple ways:
- Send pictures to: japold@leadingagemn.org to include them in campaign promotions
- Share through your social media channels
- Insert pictures into the Vaccine Campaign Poster template and post within your organization
