Give Your MDS Professionals the Tools to Succeed

October 22, 2026

Foundations for New MDS Professionals, November 12–13, is a two-day, in-person workshop designed to help newer MDS coordinators and clinical team members build the knowledge and confidence needed for accurate, compliant MDS practice.

Giving someone responsibility for MDS also means giving them the tools to do it well. From resident assessments and care planning to regulatory compliance and reimbursement, MDS accuracy affects nearly every aspect of nursing home performance.

Led by Marilyn Ramirez, MSN, RN, RAC-CTA, WCC, this intensive workshop covers essential MDS sections, Care Area Assessments, OBRA and PPS scheduling requirements, Medicare coverage criteria, and PDPM fundamentals. Participants will gain practical knowledge they can apply immediately.

Invest in your team’s success—and your organization’s quality and financial performance.
