Governance Workshop for Executive and Board Teams

A two-part governance workshop series for executive and board teams explores how to position your organization for strength and growth as we emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Next Gen Governance for a Next Gen World is April 7 and 14 (4 -6 p.m. each day.) This is the virtual version of the popular Governance Intensive normally held during the Institute. The workshop topics include:

• Serving Like a Nonprofit, Performing Like a Business
• Top Trends Affecting Older Adult Services: A Governance Perspective
• Reputation Management and Restoring Consumer Confidence

Register by March 24 to complete an assessment and receive results to use during the workshop. Registration fees have been reduced 40% off the regular rate.
