HUD Publishes New Funding for Green Retrofits at Affordable Properties

On May 11, the US Department for Housing and Urban Development (HUD) published a new landmark funding program to rehabilitate affordable multifamily housing programs for energy efficiency and climate resilience. The funding is targeted at HUD’s multifamily housing programs, including project-based Section 8, Section 202, Section 236, and Section 811 properties.
