Invest in Staff Retention with Institute Training

Invest in professional development in the new year to develop and retain your employees. The 2024 Institute & Expo is approaching fast, with two in-person days on Feb. 7-8 and three days of expanded virtual sessions (29 total) on Feb. 27-29.

Your organization/service site pays a flat registration fee that includes attendance for all staff at that site, for all five days of education.

New and experienced employees in varied professional roles can mix and match – anybody can attend a single session, attend every day, or anything in between. Plus, the virtual sessions are recorded and available on-demand through April 30.

Pre-conference intensives

Join us Tuesday, Feb. 6, for deep-dive learning experiences on survey preparation, teamwork and communication, food code, and LEAN Six Sigma Process Improvement for Leaders in our four Pre-Conference Intensive Sessions. A separate registration and fee are required to attend these sessions.
