Our January District Meetings coincide with the start of the 2023 Legislative Session, during which we will be advocating for funding and policy changes to address the critical concerns faced by our provider community.
2023 Legislative Session Preview
Minnesota policymakers will enact a budget this year, with one in three legislators doing so for the first time.
- Learn how the Legislature can and should prioritize funding for our professional caregivers during the budget process.
- Review the key components of our 2023 advocacy agenda and how it helps our caregivers and Minnesota seniors.
- Learn how to be an expert-on-call with this new group of policymakers.
In addition, free clock hours will be available for our care center and assisted living break-out programs. Watch for details and registration coming soon!
