Join MDH, DHS for a Nursing Home Provider Webinar on Topics Including Receiverships, Closures and the Role of Governing Boards

The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) and the Department of Human Services (DHS) will host a webinar at 1 p.m. on April 17 to provide information on nursing home topics including:

• Receivership
• Closure and emergency relocation procedures
• The role of governing board

This webinar will help new nursing home leaders with insight into these processes and provide a refresher for those who have not experienced these topics.  MDH and DHS will provide information to help nursing home providers understand the statutes that govern these topics and give nursing home providers information to help make decisions.
