Leadership Academy Class of 2020 Announced

April 28, 2020

LeadingAge Minnesota’s Leadership Academy 2020 Class of Fellows has been selected and will convene on May 13. In this extraordinary year when nothing is business-as-usual, this cohort will have the distinction of being the first to begin their journey via virtual conferencing technology.

Leadership Academy is designed to develop the leadership capacities and core competencies of aging services professionals across the continuum of care and services. The program emphasizes self-awareness and relationship-building to tap into an individual’s natural talents and uncover their authentic leadership style, regardless of their professional experience, job title or type of position within an organization.

Now entering its 11th year, 300 individuals from nearly 200 member organizations have graduated from Leadership Academy.

Congratulations to the following leaders that have been accepted as Fellows into the 2020 program.

Leadership Academy is led by a dedicated group of professionals who have themselves graduated from this prestigious program. We thank the volunteer coaching team for their time, talent and expertise in guiding the Fellows through the next year of discovery and growth:

Stacy Carlsrud, Campus Administrator, Presbyterian Homes Timber Hills, Inver Grove Heights

Leadership Academy would not be possible without the generous financial support of its program sponsors. We gratefully acknowledge and thank this year’s sponsors, Healthcare Services Group and Ziegler.
