Two new webinars have been added to LeadingAge Minnesota’s on-demand training library as part of a core knowledge series of topics that are essential and fundamental for senior housing managers to know to operate legally.

• Fair Housing – Know the fundamental elements of fair housing laws as they apply to all housing settings and the special implications for the structure and operation of Housing-with-Service settings and Assisted Living settings and learn best practices to remain in compliance around challenging issues such as disabilities, service and assistance animals and language used in marketing materials.
