Now Available: Capital Needs Assessment e-Tool Training for PRAC Providers

A new webinar from the U.S. Housing & Urban Development Department (HUD) will help Project Rental Assistant Contract (PRAC) properties successfully complete the new, mandatory electronic format and online submission for the Comprehensive Needs Assessment.  

Comprehensive Needs Assessments completed on or after Feb. 1 must use the new electronic format.  

The webinar provides an overview of e-Tool, including an overview of its functionality, the role of PRAC owners in determining when the e-Tool is required, a review of e-Tool provided by an independent assessor, and how to submit the e-Tool to the Asset Management office.
