Nurse Loan Forgiveness Program Now Accepting Applications

The 2023 Minnesota Health Care Loan Forgiveness application process is now open through Jan. 6, 2023. The loan forgiveness program is available for healthcare professionals in high-need areas, including nurses in nursing homes, assisted living, and home care settings.

General program information for long-term care can be found on the MDH website.

Individual applicants must apply, not organizations.

Please encourage nurses in your organization to apply. Previous grants have included repayment for loans, tuition, and reasonable educational and living expenses for past graduate or undergraduate education.
