OnTrack Nursing Assistant Training Sees High Pass Rates for State Exam
The OnTrack Nursing Assistant Training program is seeing incredible state exam results! We currently we have 60 sites adopting the program, with 104 RN Trainers and 135 students. Student testing data shows:
- Written Test: 95% pass rate (3% higher than state average)
- Skills Test à 85% pass rate (11% higher than state average)
- 94% of OnTrack students who have applied for the state exam have passed.
The OnTrack curriculum is brand-new, developed right here in Minnesota, and designed exclusively for aging services. The curriculum is interactive and person-centered, framed with passionate messages that elevate the career of caregiving.
OnTrack also takes a different approach with Train the Trainer. Qualified nurses no longer need to attend a multi-day in-person training. OnTrack provides an accessible Train the Trainer program in an easy-to-access online and on-demand format. The qualified nurse can complete the six online modules and personalized telephone consultation at a time and place that is convenient for them. The training is complimentary and open to all qualified nurses.
Many organizations are choosing to have multiple nurses complete the Train the Trainer program as a way of adding flexibility to Skills Lab and Clinical Experience scheduling. Since the training is complimentary and flexible, organizations can add RN Trainers at any time!
