Recently, we announced that registration was open for our Operations Certificate Program. As we look ahead to our April 1 start date, we want to share more about what participants can expect and why this program comes at the right time for our members.
Operations leadership in assisted living and care center communities has never been more complex. Unlike single-day workshops, the Operations Certificate Program is structured as a progressive learning experience. Each two-day session builds on the previous one, allowing participants to apply concepts between sessions and return ready to refine their approach.
Between April and July, participants will:
