The LeadingAge Minnesota Board of Directors approved an executive position profile at its meeting last week, and the search for a new President and CEO of LeadingAge Minnesota has commenced.

Ballinger Leafblad, an executive search firm based in Minneapolis, has been selected by the LeadingAge Minnesota Board of Directors to lead the search. The firm has posted the position on various websites and widely promoted the opportunity on social media. They will also make direct calls to potential targeted candidates and source contacts to discuss this opportunity with them.

The search is on target in terms of the year-end timeline laid out by the Board and Search Committee, with the current phase of the process focused on creating a pool of interested candidates who meet the profile description. It is anticipated that preliminary interviews will begin in late October.
