Technology Grants Available

The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS), through the State’s Civil Monetary Penalties (CMP) Initiative, is seeking proposals from qualified Minnesota Medicaid-Certified Nursing Facilities that are interested in implementing innovative technology-related projects.

Nursing facilities interested in participating in this grant opportunity should visit the CMP Initiative website and submit a complete application and budget document. Funding requests are competitive, and applications are limited to $15,000 per facility. Applications for the current funding year are due no later than Friday, Dec. 30.
