OnTrack has also trained a total of 88 RN Trainers for OnTrack programs around the state. The Train the Trainer program is complimentary, online and on-demand. Many organizations are opting to put multiple nurses through the Train the Trainer program to add flexibility to their Skills Lab and Clinical Experience offerings onsite.
Prior to OnTrack, access to Train the Trainer sessions were a barrier to organizations hosting Nursing Assistant Training. This is one of the many barriers that OnTrack has been able to resolve since it launched in 2017.
