COVID-19 Burnout Prevention—Free Webinar

Posted on November 18, 2021 by Terri Foley

You are feeling like you can't handle one more month, week, or day of COVID-19? Register for a 30-minute workshop with Dr. Alyson Van Ahn from the Associated Clinic of Psychology.

Choose one of the following times. We will offer the same webinar on three different days.

  • Tuesday, Dec. 7, 4:30–5 p.m.
  • Thursday, Dec. 9, 4–4:30 p.m.
  • Friday, Dec. 10, 4–4:30 p.m.

Bring yourself, invite your teams, and spread the word. For more information on the COVID-19 Burnout: Steps to Move Forward webinar, click here.

Learn critical steps to hanging on and moving forward as we move into 2022 with COVID-19 still a reality in our communities:

  1. Recognize burnout in yourself and others.
  2. Learn ways to help yourself avoid or recover from burnout.
  3. Develop practices that your team can use to prevent or recover from burnout.

This webinar is funded by a LeadingAge MN Foundation grant through the Minnesota Department of Human Services. Following the workshops, we will post a recording at www.leadinagemncoaching.com.

If you have questions, please contact Terri Foley.
