In response to the growing demand for caregivers in Minnesota’s senior care industry, LeadingAge Minnesota and our LTC Imperative partner introduce CaringCareersStartHere.com – a free resource dedicated to helping Minnesota job seekers explore rewarding careers serving our state’s aging population.

The Caring Careers Start Here initiative aims to foster career pathways that promote deep connections, rewarding experiences, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of Minnesota’s aging population. With support from the Minnesota Department of Health Long-Term Care Workforce Capacity Building Project and funding from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), CaringCareersStartHere.com is paving the way for a brighter and more connected future for Minnesota seniors, employers, and caregivers alike.
