This Multilingual Audio Glossary (English, Hmong, Spanish, Somali) is a simple, easy-to-use tool that helps long-term care staff learn common senior care terms and definitions. Users can listen to each term and its definition in both English and in their native language. They can also read the definition in everyday, easy-to-understand language. This resource was created to support New American professionals working in Minnesota’s long-term care settings, including staff with limited English proficiency and bilingual team members who move between languages at work.
