The first annual Connect Conference, Aug. 20-21 in Brooklyn Center, brings together Senior Housing, Assisted Living, Home Care and Adult Day providers for a two-day interactive experience full of education, idea sharing and important conversations about how we will serve older adults in the decades ahead. What’s different about the Connect Conference? Its intentional focus on the continuum of home- and community-based providers and interactive educational sessions that foster constructive dialogue across service settings.
