These are comments from leadership fellows and other leaders from their organizations. Leadership Academy leverages an individual's natural talents and provides practical, proven concepts and methods to develop their potential and readiness to lead teams and organizations.

The program consists of four two-day in-person workshop sessions, independent readings and assignments, and monthly team cohort meetings with an experienced mentor.
