Workforce Data Portal – Now Open for the Third Quarter
LeadingAge Minnesota's Workforce Data Portal is open to collect data from the third quarter (July through September). Members can also enter their quarter one and two data and view previous quarters' reports.
In the portal, members can quickly enter, track, and run customizable comparison reports on their organization's data on employee turnover, retention, and vacancy rates. While workforce challenges remain a considerable concern statewide, this resource offers an easy way for members to track and compare key workforce statistics.

How to Access the Workforce Data Portal
Log in to the LeadingAge MN website. Then go to the Workforce Center and click “Access the Portal.”
