Your Awesome Staff Deserve Recognition – Nominate them for Stars Among Us Awards

Your staff has been working extremely hard this year in unprecedented conditions. Want to do something special for them? We have just the thing – our annual Stars Among Us Awards honor and celebrate caregivers, leaders and rising stars in our settings throughout Minnesota.

We invite you to nominate members of your staff and volunteer team for these prestigious awards. It’s easy and rewarding, and every person nominated receives a special recognition certificate from LeadingAge Minnesota. Knowing they are appreciated and that their hard work is recognized helps increase morale and retention.

Award categories include Caregiver, Outstanding Leadership, Volunteer, Rising Star, Board Trustee and Spirit of Aging (resident). Awards are also available at the organization level for Performance Excellence/Process Improvement and Safe Care for Seniors. Statewide award recipients will be acknowledged at the May 19-21 Institute & Expo.
