Schwickert’s Celebrates 120 Years of Service

Schwickert’s Tecta America, a trusted leader in the roofing & mechanical services industries, proudly celebrates its 120th anniversary this year. This marks more than a century of commitment to the customer, delivering quality work, and impacting local communities.

Founded in 1906, the organization has grown from a small hardware store into a multiple-trades contractor, operating across four locations, offering a full range of commercial services, and standing as one of the largest operating units within Tecta America, the nation’s largest roofing company.

“This company has grown a lot over the years, expanding into multiple locations and services, but the core hasn’t changed. We show up for our customers, we do the work right, and we stand behind it. That’s how we have lasted 120 years and will continue into the future,” says Julie Leiferman, Director of Sales and Business Development for Schwickert’s.

Today, Schwickert’s continues to build on its legacy by investing in its people, expanding its capabilities, and upholding the standards of quality work. All of that is to make certain they remain responsive to the evolving needs of the customers and communities they serve for many years to come.
