Two LeadingAge Minnesota Members Announce New Partnership to Expand Therapy Services

LeadingAge Minnesota members Continuum Therapy Partners and St. Francis Health Services of Morris have announced a new partnership that will expand therapy services and strengthen care delivery across Minnesota.

Continuum Therapy Partners Announces Partnership with St. Francis Health Services

Continuum Therapy Partners is proud to announce a new partnership with St. Francis Health Services of Morris, expanding therapy services and strengthening both organizations’ presence across Minnesota.

This collaboration brings together two organizations deeply committed to delivering exceptional care and supporting the communities they serve. St. Francis Health Services is widely recognized for providing compassionate, person-centered care rooted in dignity, joy, and respect—creating environments where residents can live with purpose and thrive.

Through this partnership, Continuum Therapy Partners will provide therapy services focused on clinical excellence, strong support for therapy professionals, and measurable outcomes that enhance residents’ quality of life. Therapy services will be offered under the brand St. Francis Therapy Services, reflecting the shared commitment to high-quality care and local community connection.
