About Leadership Academy

Leading well through these unprecedented challenging times requires solid skills and team relationships. During their year-long program, Leadership Academy fellows learn and apply ideas, tools, principles, and theory to strengthen their leadership and foster an organizational culture to lead in normal and not-so-normal times.

Since 2010, LeadingAge Minnesota's Leadership Academy has mentored and cultivated the next wave of transformational leaders in our field and boasts over 400 graduates. Applications for the 2023 Leadership Academy class are open.

The dates for this year's program are April 26-27, June 12, July 26-27, Sept. 27-28, and Nov. 29-30. Applications for the 2023 Leadership Academy class are open. Apply today!
