Applications Being Accepted for 2022 Leadership Academy

Applications are being accepted for LeadingAge Minnesota’s Leadership Academy – a year-long program designed to develop and cultivate the next wave of transformational leaders in our field. Entering its 13^th year, Leadership Academy provides experienced and emerging leaders an opportunity to explore and practice ideas, tools, principles, and theories that they leverage to strengthen their leadership and support their teams and organizations.

The Leadership Academy emphasizes self-awareness and relationship-building to tap into an individual's natural talents and uncover their authentic leadership style so they are fully prepared to embrace a future ripe with opportunity.

Applications are open through March 15 for the 2022 program, consisting of four multi-day sessions in May, July, September, and November. Find details and application here.
