Satisfaction Benchmarking Project

LeadingAge Minnesota is excited to offer members an unprecedented opportunity to benchmark their customer, family and staff satisfaction against other providers, both in your area and statewide. Through this initiative, members have access to satisfaction data that is key to informing and focusing quality improvement efforts.

To participate, members integrate our questions into their existing satisfaction instruments for residents, families, and staff. Click here to access the wording and scoring of the questions. 

We have designed our process to align with your existing survey efforts with minimal additional work. You do not need to change the timing or means of distributing your current surveys, and can submit data whenever your results are available. You do not need to conduct all three surveys, but have the opportunity to participate in family, resident and staff satisfaction surveys.
