Open and honest conversation is important when it comes to creating an environment to discuss diversity and inclusion. It is critical to creating a safe space where staff feels comfortable sharing their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. This tools includes tips to help you be a more effective listener and communicator, and to create an open environment for honest conversations.
We encourage all LeadingAge Minnesota member organizations to adopt Diversity and Inclusion statements and to use these templates to facilitate meaningful conversation in your organizations.
