LTC Updated Surveyor Guidance Webinar Series: Part 6

PURPOSE

Care centers that participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs are required to be in compliance with the recently updated Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidance on minimum health and safety standards in Long-Term Care (LTC) Facilities by Oct. 24, 2022.

Part 6 – Compliance and Ethics Program

Surveyors will be inspecting for compliance with the requirement to have a Compliance and Ethics Program starting Oct. 24, 2022. This webinar will assist members with making sure their program aligns with the regulation.

Administrators, Corporate Office Staff, Directors of Nursing, Other Nurse Leaders (IP/Quality), Social Services, Compliance Officers
