Description

Participants will be able to reframe challenging behaviors as meaningful communication, apply practical communication strategies to prevent and de-escalate behavioral symptoms, and apply to real-world scenarios to strengthen skills in coaching staff to respond effectively.

Audience

Recorded for an Adult Day Services audience, but also applicable to Assisted Living, Home Care, Hospice, and Nursing Home settings.
