This Governance Resource includes a narrated PowerPoint presentation accompanied by downloadable materials and tools to guide and support your organization’s work.
An additional feature of this resource is a collection of metrics and a downloadable workbook that allows you to put in your target indicators for each metric and convert that information into a visual that supports dashboard development. Also included are a set of supplemental materials to help organizational leadership monitor whether they are making progress on their strategies.
