Description

Participants will be able to identify key components of the survey process including timelines, focus areas, and documentation, describe strategies to ensure compliance and demonstrate readiness before, during, and after a survey, and discuss techniques for managing post-survey actions including exit conferences and post-survey follow-up with surveyors.
