Description

Part 2 covers nursing home quality measures and includes a discussion of Five Star Quality Measures, SNF QRP, SNF VBP, MDS Assessment and Claism Based, and National Healtcare Saftey Network (NHSN). Participants will understand gain a deeper understanding of the federal quality programs, explore steps to effectively report and track quality program data and interpret reports, and discuss strategies to use quality program data to improve performance and outcomes.
