PURPOSE

Consolidation is a clear trend in the nonprofit senior living/aging services sector. But consolidating as a survival tactic is not the only reason why organizations should consider affiliation, merger, or any type of strategic partnership. There is strategic value to considering affiliation for your organization.

This webinar will dispel the myths and misconceptions about affiliations and partnerships and provide leaders and boards with the insights necessary to commit to the type of thoughtful, analytical consideration of this important strategic option.
