2024 Institute Call for Presentations
Proposal Deadline: Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at 11 p.m.
Session Formats and Program Length
All sessions will be presented live either in-person or virtually. Having an in-person and virtual component allows our participants flexibility to meet their learning needs in an ever-changing long-term care environment. All sessions are 60 minutes.
The Call for Presentation Process is Very Competitive!
Just over half of the proposals received each year, are accepted into the Institute’s program schedule. In addition to your proposal meeting the criteria listed above, you can increase the odds of it being accepted if your program topic addresses some unique program/audience needs.
Required CEUs

- Sanitation and ethics related topics for dietary/nutrition/food services professionals.
- DEI – for most licensed groups
