Safe Care for Seniors will recognize LeadingAge Minnesota members who are committed to the comprehensive safety and quality improvement program and demonstrate achievement in the stated goals to keep residents safe from harm and treat the individuals they serve safe with dignity and respect always

  1. Leadership Engagement in Safe Care
  2. Designating a Safety Champion(s)
  3. Participating in an annual Learning and Improvement Collaborative
  4. Partnering with Residents and Families
  5. Building and Strengthening a Safety Culture


EXCELLENCE LEVEL HONOR ROLL

LeadingAge MN will recognize organizations that have implemented at least one practice in each of the Safe Care for Seniors 5-Step Action Plan plus 3 additional actions in the areas of Partnering with Residents and Families and Building and Strengthening a Safety Culture.
